Who we are
Generation Guiders (G.G.) is a dynamic Community-Based Organization dedicated to advocating for the sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) of adolescent girls and young women in Kenya.
Our mission is to empower Adolescent Girls and young women to take charge of their SRHR and advocate for necessary changes within their communities.
We envision a society where Adolescent Girls and young women possess the knowledge, skills, and resources to make informed decisions about their health and well-being, ultimately enabling them to lead more fulfilling and self-determined lives.

Erick Omondi
Executive Director
Erick provides the strategic vision and leadership that guides Generation Guiders. He is responsible for the organization’s overall direction, and ensuring we remain focused on our mission.

Naomi Mwende
Project Manager:
Naomi plays a crucial role in bringing our programs to life. As Project Manager, she oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of our initiatives, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Claire Kosgei
Program Coordinator:
Claire is instrumental in the day-to-day operation of our programs. As Program Coordinator, she works closely with our team to ensure our initiatives are delivered effectively, reaching and impacting the girls and young women we serve.
“I am constantly inspired by the resilience and potential of the girls we work with. My goal is to ensure our programs provide them with the tools and support they need to flourish.”
Doreen Mbesa
Finance Officer:
Doreen ensures the financial sustainability and accountability of Generation Guiders. As Finance Officer, she manages our budget, oversees financial reporting, and ensures the responsible use of every donation.

Director of our Community Theatre Group:
Victor leads our innovative Community Theatre Group, using the power of performance to educate and engage communities on sensitive SRHR topics and foster open dialogue.
“I believe that theatre has a unique power to spark conversation, challenge norms, and empower individuals to speak their truth. I am passionate about using this art form for social change. “Our theatre group is a platform for empowerment, using creativity to educate and inspire action within communities.”
