Who We Are
Generation Guiders (G.G.) is a dynamic Community-Based Organization dedicated to advocating for the sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) of adolescent girls and young women in Kenya.
Our mission is to empower Adolescent Girls and young women to take charge of their SRHR and advocate for necessary changes within their communities.
We envision a society where Adolescent Girls and young women possess the knowledge, skills, and resources to make informed decisions about their health and well-being, ultimately enabling them to lead more fulfilling and self-determined lives.

Tulia Girls School Clubs
Empowering primary school girls through weekly club meetings where they engage in discussions and activities focused on Puberty education, and personal development.
Program Objectives
- Provide a safe space for girls to learn and express themselves.
- Educate participants on vital topics such as puberty, menstruation, and self-advocacy.
- Foster leadership skills and build a supportive peer network.
Peer Educator Program
Training selected girls as peer educators who will share knowledge and resources with their peers on health, rights, and personal development.
Program Objectives
- Equip girls with the skills to educate and support their fellow students.
- Promote healthy behaviors and awareness of sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR).
- Encourage a culture of peer support and empowerment within school communities.
Sanitary Pad Distribution
Providing menstrual hygiene products to girls in underserved communities to ensure they have access to what they need for health and dignity during their menstrual cycles.
Program Objectives
- Reduce absenteeism among girls in school due to menstruation.
- Promote awareness about menstrual hygiene management and health.
- Empower girls to feel more confident and empowered during their menstrual periods.
Community Theatre Group on SRHR
Utilizing creative arts, such as drama and performance, to spread awareness and educate communities about sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR).
Program Objectives
- Engage and entertain the community while delivering important health information.
- Foster discussions around sensitive topics in an approachable and inclusive way.
- Encourage community members to seek information and services related to SRHR

Building on the success of previous editions, Girls Festival 2025 will be a dynamic and colorful, held during the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, this festival aims to use creative expression—such as visual arts, theater, dance, poetry, and music—to raise awareness and spark conversations around gender-based violence and girls’ safety.
